Cancellation Policy: You must provide 24 hours notice of cancellation except in case of emergency. If less notice is given or a "no show" occurs and you wish to reschedule, you must pre pay for your appointment to confirm your booking. If I must cancel a client's appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the next appointment of the same duration will be free of charge. The exception to this is if I am sick and pose a health risk to you.

Feedback: Each Session is tailored to your specific needs mixing relaxation and/or deeper massage at a comfort level that you dictate. This is also important when working with hot stones so please let me know if you feel they are too warm at any time. With feedback I can help you meet your expectations for your massage session.

Medical History: You will be asked to fill out a medical history form and keep me informed of any pertinent health changes including medications. If you are deemed unsafe to massage for a medical reason, you will need to refrain from massage until the condition becomes safe for massage to continue. Please ensure you fill out a complete health history as this is very important. If details are left out I cannot be held responsible.

Cleanliness: All equipment is sanitized. Clean linens/towels are provided for each client and hands are washed with antibacterial soap before and after each client. If you would like a foot bath to wash your feet before a session please ask. You are also expected to adhere to reasonable cleanliness and hygiene.

Respect: Clients are treated with fairness, respect, dignity and modesty at all times. Clients are asked to undress to their comfort level and will be properly draped with a sheet and towel so only the area being worked on is uncovered to insure modesty and privacy at all times. Breast and genital areas are never uncovered or worked on. I practice therapeutic massage. This is a non-sexual practice. Clients will not come to a session under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

Punctuality: Please try to ensure you are on time and in the case of a first appointment, a little early is advised. If you are running late, a phone call or text message is greatly appreciated. If time allows, I will extend your massage session but if I have another appointment straight after this may not be possible.

Qualifications: I am a registered Massage Therapist and can only provide advice within my scope of qualifications. If advice is required in other areas you will be referred to a professional in that field.

Children: Clients are asked to not have children in attendance. There is no childcare available. Under my association (ATMS) I am not permitted to massage on anyone under the age of 18.
