What is involved in a reatment?
A warm aromatic towel to begin to clean and relax the area, eye makeup is removed with a gentle cleanser, a compress is applied using all natural potato enzyme then chilled eye pads, foot massage focusing on eye reflexology points, chilled natural aloe eye gel is applied followed by a refreshing spritz over the face. The face is then gently moisturised and a light scalp massage is performed.

What are the benefits of using potato?
Potatoes contain the enzyme leucine 2,3 aminomuatase which stimulates cell growth by 100%. This ezyme penetrates the skin and stimulates skin renewal. To extract the protein, the potato needs to be mulched. Grating the potato prior to application releases this enzyme. This is such a natural, fresh and simple ingredient and is a traditional Ayurvedic eye masque.

What are reflexology points?
The main points focused on in this foot massage are beneath the second toe which is known to relate to the eye, and khiphram - the marma point for the eyes above and below where the toes join - treats sinus and lymph. The general belief in reflexology is that each point on the foot relates to a specific point in the body. This is a mini treatment to stimulate the eyes using these points.
