Sorry we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind so please choose carefully. You are always welcome to send us a question if you're not sure what scent to order or you can purchase a sample pack if you'd like to try out a fragrance.
If your parcel is lost in transit or taking longer than expected please let us know so we can lodge an enquiry with the courier or Australia Post. If your parcel is not found, we will refund or replace your item/s.
Our packages are well padded and usually arrive safely, however if your parcel arrives damaged please contact us right away along with a photo and we will organise a refund or replacement for you.
